On Thursday, 12/16, Nat Gen will be rolling out their EDE-Enhanced Direct Enrollment platform for ACA enrollments through Nat Gen Coveragebuilder.
· EDE is accessed through the normal quoting and enrollment flow of your On-Exchange proposals. You will not have to do anything differently to access the EDE Application process in Coverage Builder.
- You will encounter a one-time registration process that must be completed during the enrollment flow of your first EDE app. You will need to have your FFM user ID handy, and you will need to answer security questions from your credit history to pass through the registration process. If you encounter difficulties with the registration process, please contact Experian directly at 866-578-5409.
- Only new applications can enter into the EDE process. Any incomplete applications in the previous Direct Enrollment (DE) process within Coverage Builder will not carry over to the EDE process. Those apps will expire as of our cut-over date to the EDE experience, and will need to be restarted through the EDE process.
